This incident caused the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a theft at London's Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, according to police.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals are still being held, authorities confirmed.

These detentions follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was one of the injured in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later released.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of theft and assault close to the location. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals hurt by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.

The assault - an event that police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
